1. Purpose of the T&Cs
These T&Cs define the rights and obligations between Flexboard and its customers regarding sales made on www.flexboard.ch. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of the T&Cs.
By placing an order on Flexboard.ch, you confirm that you are of legal age and that all information provided is accurate and complete. You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity related to it.
2. Products and Services
Flexboard offers display screens. Each product is described accurately on the website. We strive to describe our second-hand products precisely and indicate all known features and defects.
Flexboard reserves the right to modify, remove, or correct any information on the site at any time, including product descriptions, prices, promotions, and availability. Images and colors may differ from reality depending on your device.
3. Prices and Payment Methods

Prices are displayed in in local currencies in most cases, custom fees and duties are calculated at checkout based on shipping destination.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the geographic location.
Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. The prices displayed at the time of order are the prices that will be charged. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information and to pay all amounts due.
4. Orders

Orders are confirmed after payment validation, and a confirmation email is sent. Flexboard reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any legitimate reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or incorrect customer information.

Flexboard reserves the right to refuse any order for justified reasons (stock issues, incorrect information, etc.).
5. Delivery

Products are generally shipped worldwide, but geographic limitations are defined at checkout.

Estimated delivery times: 7 to 14 days. Flexboard reserves the right to exceed these times due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping costs are indicated at checkout.

Flexboard is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs procedures.

Ownership and risk of the products transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt only if the product has not been unsealed. Once the product is opened, the right of withdrawal is lost.
7. Warranty and After-Sales Service

All products are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

For any claim, please contact info@flexboard.ch, specifying the issue and attaching photos if necessary.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, mishandling, or product modification.

The warranty does not apply to:

Any cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)

Damage caused by usage. Storage conditions and product commissioning are considered part of usage.

Damage caused by normal wear, mishandling, inappropriate use, external circumstances such as natural damage, humidity, drops, or shocks.

Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or contact with liquids.

Damage caused by using the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the product datasheets.

If the serial number has been removed or rendered illegible.

If the device has been opened.

In case of a warranty return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If we determine the product is defective and the warranty applies, we will cover shipping costs to return the repaired or replaced product.

If a return is accepted without defect and the package has been opened, Flexboard reserves the right to charge up to 15% restocking fee of the purchase price.

PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND FLEXBOARD DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PRODUCT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS. FLEXBOARD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES, DATA LOSS, FINANCIAL LOSS, OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATED TO PRODUCT USE.
8. Support
Flexboard only provides the device with a partner software (DAKboard, LLC, 134 Feldspar Dr., Syracuse, NY 13219, USA) pre-installed. Software support is provided exclusively by the software partner. Support is available on the partner site www.dakboard.com. Flexboard remains available for hardware support.
9. Software Updates and Troubleshooting
Flexboard does not provide any software updates or remote support for the software integrated into its products. This software is developed and managed by Dakboard, an independent third-party provider. Any updates, support, or troubleshooting requests must be addressed directly to Dakboard via their official support channels. Flexboard has no access to the software system (e.g., remotely) and cannot intervene in its operation or management.
10. Third-Party Software Dependency and Limitation of Liability
Flexboard.ch provides its products with DAKboard software pre-installed. You acknowledge that DAKboard is an independent third-party software and that Flexboard has no control over its operation, updates, or future availability.
Flexboard cannot be held responsible for unavailability, substantial changes, suspension, closure, bankruptcy, or any other events affecting DAKboard or its service.
In case of radical software changes, lack of support, or permanent discontinuation of DAKboard, Flexboard cannot guarantee continuity, operation, or compatibility of its products with the software.
You accept that purchasing and using Flexboard products is done with knowledge of this dependency, and Flexboard is not responsible for losses, damages, or inconveniences resulting from the inability to use DAKboard.
Flexboard shall not be liable for any costs related to finding alternative software solutions, adapting, or updating the product to compensate for a change or interruption of DAKboard software.
11. Security and Responsibility
Flexboard provides hardware only and disclaims any responsibility for breaches, hacks, or security issues related to the use of Flexboard products or DAKboard software. By purchasing a Flexboard product, the user acknowledges that any security vulnerability or incident is the responsibility of third parties and beyond Flexboard’s control due to the product’s hardware nature. For further information or questions, please contact Dakboard directly regarding software issues. Flexboard assumes no responsibility for problems caused by third-party software integration.
12. Liability
Flexboard shall not be liable for indirect damages related to the use of the sold products. You agree to indemnify and hold Flexboard harmless from any claims arising from your use of the products or your violation of these T&Cs.
13. Intellectual Property
The content of the site (texts, images, logos) is protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization. All intellectual property rights on our products, including software, belong to their respective owners. Purchasing our products does not confer any intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use of Flexboard content or trademarks is prohibited and may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

16. Non-Cumulative Promotional Offers
Promotional codes, discounts, or special offers from Flexboard.ch cannot be combined. Only one code or benefit can be applied per order. Flexboard reserves the right to cancel any order not complying with this rule.
17. Dispute Resolution
These T&Cs are governed by Swiss law. In case of dispute, the courts of Zurich have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Modification of T&Cs
Flexboard reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable version is the one displayed on the website at the time of order. It is your responsibility to regularly review the T&Cs. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated T&Cs.
