Right of Withdrawal

  • You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt only if the product has not been unsealed. Once the product is opened, the right of withdrawal is lost.

Warranty Claims

  • All products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • The warranty does not cover:
    o    Any cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, etc.)
    o    Damage caused by usage. Storage conditions and product commissioning are considered part of usage.
    o    Damage caused by normal wear, mishandling, inappropriate use, external circumstances such as natural damage, humidity, drops, or shocks.
    o    Damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, or contact with liquids.
    o    Damage caused by using the product outside the permitted or intended uses described in the product datasheets.
    o    If the serial number has been removed or rendered illegible.
    o    If the device has been opened.

Making a Warranty Claim

  1. Contact us at info@flexboard.ch with your order number and photos of the defect.

  2. We may ask you to return the product to us for inspection.

  3. If the warranty applies, we will repair or replace the product at our expense.

  4. Shipping costs: Customers cover shipping for returns unless the warranty applies; Flexboard covers shipping for sending back repaired or replaced items.

Refunds

  • If a refund is approved under warranty, it will be processed via the original payment method.

  • Refunds do not include shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

Restocking fees

If a return is accepted without defect and the package has been opened, Flexboard reserves the right to charge up to 15% restocking fee of the purchase price.

Limitations

  • Products are provided “as-is”. Flexboard cannot guarantee that products will meet expectations beyond manufacturing quality.

  • Flexboard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Third-Party Software

  • Flexboard devices come with DAKboard software pre-installed. Warranty does not cover software issues, discontinuation, or non-support by DAKboard.
