Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may occasionally be extended under exceptional circumstances.

Shipping Locations

We ship in Europe, with geographic restrictions defined at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

Shipping Rates & Customs

We calculate shipping and any applicable fees to make checkout simple and transparent:

  • Switzerland: Shipping is free. No additional costs at delivery.

  • EU countries: We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All shipping, customs duties, and fees are included in your order total—nothing extra to pay on delivery.

  • Outside EU/Switzerland: Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties, or other fees according to local regulations.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be extended due to:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Unforeseen events beyond our control

Transfer of Risk

Ownership and risk of the products are transferred to the customer once the package is handed over to the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customs Duties: In most cases, EU customers should not incur additional customs duties when ordering from Flexboard.ch. However, depending on local regulations, certain countries may apply import fees or taxes. Any such charges would be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Flexboard is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments once the package is in the possession of the carrier. We recommend providing accurate addresses and considering insurance for valuable items.

  • Flexboard products rely on DAKboard software. Shipping delays do not affect software support or updates.

  • Delivery times may be impacted by software-related updates or discontinuations, for which Flexboard cannot be held responsible.
